At Loomlogic, we’re working real estate professionals, which means we know how hard it is to keep everyone in the loop, find the right technology to grow business, and keep clients happy.
In 2014, our agent team was generating over 500 leads each month, referring 50 of those leads to our lender partners. Yet, we had no way to manage, track and automate the entire transaction process – from leads to closings – without having to use separate, task-specific systems.
We believe problems are opportunities. We knew that creating another feature-laden technology wouldn’t solve the core problem.
That’s what led to our big, a-ha moment. What if we could create a system that worked the way we do? A network that bridges the communication gap between all parties involved in a real estate transaction.
That simple idea grew into today’s Loomlogic. We’re passionate and determined to change real estate today by shortening, simplifying and transforming the home buying and selling process.
